Federal Hospitality, a proudly family-owned Tasmanian organisation, operates casinos, premium hotels, luxury resorts pubs and leisure facilities across the state. With over 2,000 employees and an employer of choice, we are seeking an experienced 

 to support operational teams, embed proactive safety practices and influence WHS culture across multiple sites within the Federal Hospitality organisation.

Reporting into the WHS Manager and working with a broader safety and wellbeing team, you will work in a hands-on, autonomous role with direct exposure to operational leaders, broad scope and the opportunity to make a real impact on safety systems and culture.
