We are working with our government client to assist them in seeking an experienced Change Lead to sit in their PMO to embed large-scale organisational reform within a complex, stakeholder-rich environment. This role is suited to a change professional who specialises in business transformation and who thrives in settings where policy, process, people and culture shift simultaneously.
About the Role
You will drive end-to-end change strategy and delivery across a major reform initiative, ensuring impacts are understood, stakeholders are engaged and adoption is achieved. Working closely with senior leaders and operational teams, you will translate reform objectives into practical change plans that stick. You will drive organisational readiness and ensure adoption of new processes and technologies across operational environments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business-focused change strategies aligned to reform objectives;
Conduct impact assessments across processes, roles, governance and culture;
Lead stakeholder engagement at executive, operational and frontline levels;
Design communications, training and adoption frameworks;
Identify risks and resistance points and implement mitigation strategies; and
Track and report change readiness, adoption and benefits realisation.
About You
Proven experience delivering enterprise or government reform programs;
Strong background in business change, organisational transformation, or policy-driven change;
Skilled in stakeholder engagement within complex environments;
Able to translate strategy into practical, operational outcomes; and
Confident influencing senior leaders and guiding teams through ambiguity.
