Your new role

Reporting to the Director of Operations ANZ, your new role will see you working Monday to Friday commencing at 8.45am, adhering to for communicating with vendors and shipping companies to ensure that all critical deliveries arrive at their destinations on time. You will also be required to report any pending delivery delays to management, and work with shipping companies to help get deliveries to their destinations as soon as possible. You will work closely with suppliers, production teams, and shipping departments to keep materials flowing and prevent bottlenecks or delays.

You will be utilising SAP so experience with a SAP ERP system will be viewed as highly advantageous. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, and be enabled to work in a highly supportive team environment.

What you need to succeed

  • 2+ years proven experience in a similar expeditor role;

  • SAP background and experience working in industrial manufacturing will be viewed as highly advantageous;

  • Ability to adhere to full time hours as there is no WFH in this role; and

  • Great communication, and ability to influence positive and timely outcomes.
