We’re partnering with a growing organisation operating within the corporate well-being space to find a driven and confident Junior Business Development Executive to join their Sydney team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in B2B sales. You don’t need years of experience - what matters is that you’re confident, commercially minded, motivated by targets and comfortable picking up the phone.
The Role
Proactively prospecting and generating new business opportunities;
Making outbound calls and engaging prospective clients;
Speaking with senior stakeholders and decision-makers;
Understanding client needs and communicating the value proposition;
Booking qualified meetings and demonstrations;
Managing and developing your pipeline through the CRM;
Working towards activity, appointment and revenue targets; and
Building your commercial knowledge and developing your B2B sales capability.
About You
Confident communicating with new people;
Comfortable making outbound calls;
Motivated by targets and achieving results;
Resilient and able to handle rejection;
Naturally curious and good at asking questions;
Organised and able to manage multiple prospects;
Keen to learn and develop your sales skills; and
Genuinely interested in building a long-term career in sales.
