What is the role?

  • Providing high-level administrative and legal support to Partners and Lawyers within the Construction practice;

  • Coordinating execution of documents, maintaining contract registers and managing filing through the firm’s document management system;

  • Liaising with clients, counsel and external consultants regarding documentation, deadlines and information requests; and

  • Supporting billing, file opening/closing, and compliance with firm policies and procedures.

What are we looking for?

  • 2+ years of experience in a Legal Assistant;

  • Strong attention to detail and confidence managing competing priorities;

  • Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and strong sense of accountability;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and

  • Collaborative mindset and a desire to contribute to a supportive, team-oriented culture.
