Looking for a senior digital leadership role where you can own eCommerce performance, CRM strategy and paid media optimisation within a globally recognised consumer brand?
This permanent opportunity offers end-to-end ownership of digital, subscription and online growth strategy for a premium, international consumer goods organisation with a sophisticated digital ecosystem and loyal customer base. Based in Melbourne CBD, this is a hybrid role (three days office, two days WFH) leading a team of five direct reports and one additional indirect report within a broader and large marketing function.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will lead the digital, eCommerce, CRM and media strategy across ANZ, driving performance, optimisation and customer experience across multiple online platforms and a high-performing subscription model.
You will oversee website strategy, segmentation, lifecycle communications, paid media and loyalty initiatives, ensuring a seamless and data-led customer journey that drives revenue growth and engagement.
In this role, you’ll:
Lead digital and eCommerce strategy across web, subscription and online store platforms;
Drive optimisation of UX, CRO, SEO and paid media performance;
Oversee CRM, segmentation, lifecycle communications and loyalty programs;
Manage agency relationships across media and digital development;
Establish clear performance benchmarks and deliver actionable reporting insights;
Lead and mentor five direct reports across digital, loyalty and partnerships;
Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Campaigns, Sales and Field teams; and
Contribute to seasonal marketing plans and integrated campaign execution.
This is a highly visible leadership role suited to someone who enjoys blending commercial accountability with customer-centric digital innovation.
About You:
You are an experienced digital marketing leader with strong eCommerce, CRM and performance marketing expertise within a B2C or consumer goods environment.
You bring both strategic oversight and hands-on capability, with a passion for optimising customer journeys and driving measurable revenue outcomes.
You’ll bring:
Proven experience leading digital and eCommerce strategy at scale;
Strong CRM and loyalty experience (Salesforce or similar platforms advantageous);
Paid media, SEO and analytics capability (GA4, GTM and reporting dashboards);
Experience managing agencies and digital development partners;
Demonstrated people leadership experience (managing direct reports); and
A commercially minded, agile and curious approach.
Experience within consumer goods, online retail or subscription-led businesses will be highly regarded.
