This is a very senior leadership role within the business, working closely with the General Manager and executive team, with excellent opportunity for further career progression into executive roles in the future.
**About the Role
**
You will lead marketing strategy across ANZ, overseeing brand, digital, eCommerce, CRM and field sales marketing. The remit is both strategic and operational, requiring a leader who can set direction while ensuring disciplined execution.
You will lead a large marketing function with four direct reports spanning Digital & E-Commerce, Brand, Campaigns and Field Sales Marketing, alongside a broader established team and external agency partners.
Your responsibilities will include:
Setting and executing the ANZ marketing vision and long-term growth strategy;
Leading integrated brand and campaign strategy across digital and offline channels;
Driving eCommerce growth and digital ecosystem performance;
Overseeing marketing support for a significant field sales network;
Managing substantial marketing investment with clear commercial accountability;
Elevating marketing capability, structure and performance standards; and
Partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Operations and Finance to drive growth.
This role plays a critical part in shaping brand direction and commercial outcomes across the region.
**About You
**
You are a commercially astute senior marketing leader with deep B2C experience and a strong track record in brand and digital growth.
You bring:
Proven experience leading a multi-disciplinary marketing team;
Strong brand strategy and integrated campaign leadership capability;
Deep understanding of digital, eCommerce and customer lifecycle marketing;
Experience operating in premium, consumer or digitally mature environments;
Executive-level stakeholder management and influencing capability; and
A growth mindset with the ability to lead change and uplift capability.
You are comfortable operating at senior executive level while remaining close enough to the detail to ensure marketing excellence.
