The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Procurement Business Partners and Procurement Specialists to join a growing team during a pivotal period of change. Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in supporting procurement transformation initiatives, uplifting governance frameworks and partnering with stakeholders across the organisation.

Key responsibilities Include
Partner with stakeholders to provide strategic procurement advice and guidance;
Develop and uplift procurement policies, frameworks and governance documentation;
Support procurement transformation and future ERP initiatives;
Drive compliance and regulatory reporting activities; and
Contribute to the evolution of a modern, business-focused procurement function.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring experience across strategic procurement, governance and stakeholder engagement, along with the ability to thrive in a changing environment.
We're particularly interested in candidates with:
Experience in procurement business partnering or strategic procurement roles;
Exposure to procurement governance, policy writing or framework development;
Experience supporting procurement transformation or ERP implementation projects;
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; and
The ability to work independently and help establish new processes and ways of working.
Candidates from Queensland Government or other highly regulated industries are encouraged to apply, particularly those with experience in governance, compliance and procurement policy.
