I am thrilled to be partnering with a purpose-led organisation entering a critical phase of a large-scale integration program, as planning transitions into execution. To safeguard delivery confidence and execution momentum, we are seeking an experienced Program Integration & Planning Assurance Lead to provide independent, end-to-end assurance across the integration program.

This is a senior specialist role focused on integration, sequencing, dependency management and critical path validation. It is not a delivery role. Instead, you will integrate, challenge and pressure-test existing stream plans to ensure the program is execution-ready before plans are locked.

Reporting to the Program Manager, you will work closely with Stream Leads to validate that all detailed plans align into a single, coherent program view. Your mandate is to identify gaps, overlaps, mis-sequencing and risk early, providing clear, decision-ready insights that strengthen governance and delivery confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and integrate detailed plans across all program streams, identifying scope gaps, overlaps and misaligned assumptions;

• Validate cross-stream dependencies and confirm logical sequencing of activities;

• Consolidate plans into a single, end-to-end integrated program view;

• Confirm and pressure-test the true program critical path, highlighting bottlenecks and low-tolerance activities;

• Surface program-level risks and readiness issues before execution is locked; and

• Provide clear escalation points, insights and recommendations to support governance and executive decision-making.

Required Experience

You are a highly credible program integration specialist with deep experience in complex, multi-workstream environments. You bring a sharp analytical lens, strong judgement and the confidence to challenge constructively, while respecting role boundaries and existing ownership.

• Extensive experience in program integration, PMO leadership or transformation assurance;

• Proven capability in dependency management and critical path analysis;

• Experience working alongside senior Program Managers and Stream Leads;

• A structured, detail-oriented and pragmatic approach; and

• The ability to operate at pace under executive scrutiny.

Experience in post-acquisition integration and regulated service environments
