An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced SAP Training Consultant to join a well-established organisation delivering a major SAP environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating complex SAP functionality into clear, engaging training for end users.
The Role
As the SAP Training Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality SAP training programs to a broad stakeholder group. You will work closely with business and project teams to ensure users are confident, capable, and ready to adopt SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver SAP training materials and sessions;
Facilitate engaging training workshops for end users (in-person and virtual);
Tailor training content to suit different audiences and learning styles;
Support SAP implementations, with a focus on user adoption and capability uplift; and
Collaborate with functional and technical teams across the program.
About You
Proven experience working with SAP, ideally S/4HANA;
Experience within SAP Procurement modules (highly desirable);
Strong background in training delivery, facilitation, and instructional design;
Confident presenting to groups and engaging diverse audiences; and
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
