About the Role

A forward-thinking financial services organisation is seeking a Treasury Operations Analyst to join their growing Fund Operations team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on the implementation and ongoing management of a new suite of investment funds, contributing to innovative investment solutions that help clients achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with finance, investment, and actuarial teams to support fund operations and reporting;

• Monitor investment portfolios to ensure compliance with internal policies and risk frameworks;

• Translate business needs into operational processes and system enhancements;

• Support valuation and reconciliation of assets and liabilities;

• Analyse cash flow requirements and provide actionable insights to support decision-making;

• Recommend improvements to processes, workflows, and reporting tools to increase efficiency;

• Prepare reports on risk exposure and assist in identifying mitigation strategies; and

• Implement and maintain operational procedures for new investment products.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualification in Finance, Commerce, Business, or related field;

• Experience in treasury within the Financial Services industry;

• Familiarity with asset-liability management, capital frameworks, or regulatory requirements;

• Proficient with investment management systems and financial data analysis tools; and

• Excellent communicator, able to engage across teams.
